Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control, and we recommend that you select USPS Priority or Express shipping service. Insurance is to protect against loss or damaged during shipping. If you choose not to buy the insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS.

If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS.


 WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT!
 WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED; IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.

WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS! ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS, IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL!


Local Delivery 

Local delivery is available for orders over $10 within 6 miles from the address.

Deliveries are made from within 1-3. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Local Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the address listed. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is prepared, along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours vary. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
